Sibren Tadema has joined Harvest as consultant. Sibren holds a MSc degree in Science & Innovation Management from Utrecht University. During his master program he investigated how established companies react to disruptive innovations in their environment. Sibren joined an international research project at the Columbia University for his thesis. In this project he interviewed entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in the online industry in Silicon Valley. The results of his thesis were used by the Dutch Ministry of Finance as starting point for policy development. During and after his study Sibren worked at several watersport schools around the world and assisted with the founding of a kitesurf school in Italy.

At Harvest, Sibren combines his interest for online developments with a strong set of analytical skills. Besides his work for the clients of Harvest he is also involved in the latest Harvest venture.
