The function
A Harvest Consultant services its clients turning their online reach into a flow of revenue. As Consultant you will be working both on consulting projects and for Harvest’s ventures.

Job profile
The three most common tasks are:
1. Analyzing
Since Harvest always makes changes based on data, a big portion of your work will consist of analyses. Revenue data, traffic data, conversion data and user metrics is data we work with in high quantities.

2. Optimizing
Optimization is the bread and butter of your work as a consultant. Apart form optimization of current revenue streams, you need to optimize conversion within an online platform and develop ideas and business cases for potential new revenue streams.

3. Supporting acquisition
You support the Harvest team in acquisition processes of both clients as well as potential ventures.

Candidate profile
· 1-3 years working experience (preferably in strategy consulting)
· Analytical yet pragmatic
· Entrepreneurial and high energy
· Strong commercial gut-feel
· Creative, comes up with out-of-the-box solutions
· No-nonsense
· Winner
· Passion for online

Remuneration
The salary depends on your experience and background. Since Harvest is a starting business with a strong entrepreneurial element, the bonus element will be a big portion of your salary. Participation in new Harvest ventures will over time become an important element of your commitment and reward.
